Safety & responsibility

Your safety.
Our responsibility.

Making mobility safer, keeping public spaces accessible, and putting our communities first.

On the move

Ride safely.

A few things are non-negotiable.
Pick a rule to take a closer look.

01 / 07

Before the first turn.

Fasten it before you unlock. A properly fitted helmet belongs on every ride, even the short one.

Keep the full rider guide handy
At the end of the ride

Park well.
Leave the way clear.

Sidewalks, curb ramps and the sloped transitions into the street are access routes. They are never parking spaces. Our parking standard includes clear no-parking buffers around curb ramps, as well as open entrances, driveways and pedestrian routes.

A good ride.
A better finish.

The last few seconds of a ride matter to everyone who uses the space next.

The parking standard

Choose a place that works for everyone.

Use the approved hub. Leave the scooter upright and stable, with the full pedestrian route and curb-ramp buffer clear.

Photo verification is ready for participating local programs. Availability and the exact verification workflow are confirmed with each approved local launch.

Our fleet. Our responsibility.

We don’t leave
problems behind.

A scooter in the wrong place is ours to put right. Tell us where it is. We take it from there.
