Privacy policy

How M2 Mobility handles the information you share through this website. Last updated October 16, 2026.

What we collect

When you submit a form, M2 saves the information you enter, such as your name, email, phone, organization, interests, program-interest acknowledgment, availability, transportation access, and message, together with the inquiry type, consent, and submission time. Earn With M2 applicants may also attach a CV or résumé (PDF or Word, up to 3 MB). Only provide information needed for your inquiry.

Where it goes

M2 stores inquiries privately using Netlify Blobs. When the company Google connection is enabled, those details are also saved in a private Google Sheet and reviewed by authorized administrators in M2 Headquarters. A temporary connection problem may delay delivery to Google after the website saves your inquiry.

An attached CV is stored in a private M2 Google Drive folder that only the founders can open, and it is linked to your application in the private Sheet. The website keeps a temporary private copy only until Google confirms it received the file. CVs are used only to review your application.

With the email delivery option, inquiries are also submitted to Netlify Forms for processing and spam filtering, with notifications addressed to mp@m2mobility.com and mw@m2mobility.com. A website confirmation does not verify delivery to an inbox. M2 uses your details to review and respond to your inquiry; they are not publicly displayed.

Netlify processes hosting requests, connection information, and submitted details to provide these services. See Netlify’s privacy policy. On a localhost development version, submissions stay on the computer running that version and no email notification is sent.

Meeting bookings

When you book a meeting on this website, M2 collects your name, email, phone number, discussion topic, selected time, and consent. The website sends those details to M2’s Google Workspace to create a Google Calendar invitation and a Google Meet call. Booking details are shared with both founders at mp@m2mobility.com and mw@m2mobility.com. Confirmed meetings can also be reviewed by authorized administrators in M2 Headquarters.

The website checks availability without displaying private calendar details. Google Calendar holds confirmed events and provides invitations and available cancellation or rescheduling options. Google Meet provides the call link. When you use these Google services, Google’s privacy policy applies. The sample booking flow on a localhost preview does not send your details or create a booking.

The projection studio

Investor contact details unlock the calculator for a limited session. The access token stays in page memory and expires after one hour. Reloading the page requires submitting the contact form again. This is a lead-capture gate, not an identity check or private financial data room. When email delivery is enabled and notification submission fails, your saved inquiry and temporary access token remain in page memory so you can retry without saving the same inquiry again during that one-hour session. An expired investor session requires a fresh submission. Reloading clears that retry state.

Calculator inputs

Investor scenario inputs are processed by M2’s website service to calculate results. They are not added to your lead record or email notification. The carbon scenario runs in your browser and does not submit its input values. Downloaded scenarios are saved only when you choose the download button.

Cookies and analytics

The site needs no cookies to work. With your permission, M2 uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and similar) and receives your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you view. It loads only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the cookie banner. If you choose “No thanks”, no analytics script or cookie is loaded.

Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the banner does not keep returning. Change it any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. M2 does not use advertising pixels and does not sell personal information. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

Your choices

Booking a meeting is optional; you can use the contact form instead. Direct email links open your email application; sending that email is your choice. Forms include a hidden field that helps filter automated spam; it collects nothing from you.

Questions or deletion requests

Contact mp@m2mobility.com to ask about your information or request deletion. Records may remain in M2’s hosting account, Google Workspace, and email mailboxes until M2 removes them. A deletion request will be reviewed across the locations used for your inquiry or booking.
