This website is operated by M2 Mobility LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“M2”, “we”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information on this site

The site describes services M2 offers, is developing, or is exploring. Status labels such as “In development” mean the service is not currently available. Images labelled “The vision” are illustrations, not photographs of current operations. Program scope, pricing, availability and locations are set only in a signed agreement with each site.

Riding

Riding an M2 vehicle is governed by the rider terms in the rider app used for that program, not by these website terms. Follow local laws, posted rules and the instructions on the vehicle.

Job and work interest

Registering interest through Earn With M2 does not create an offer of employment, a contract, or a promise of work or earnings. Roles, pay, eligibility and schedules are confirmed separately before any work begins.

Investor information

The projection studio is an illustrative calculator. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, and it is not financial, tax or investment advice. Results depend on the inputs you choose and can be negative.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape personal information, submit false or automated inquiries, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access that does.

Content and trademarks

The M2 Mobility name, logo, photographs and text on this site belong to M2 or are used with permission. You may share links to the site. Please ask before reusing our content or marks.

Other services

The site uses services run by other companies, including Netlify for hosting, Google Workspace for inquiries and meeting bookings, and Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to how they run those services. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be complete, current or free of errors or interruptions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, M2 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
