What the council does

The M2 Campus Council is the student side of M2. Members test our product before riders see it, shape how we talk to students, run safety campaigns, bring us partnership leads, study what riders need, help us find great people, and scout the next campus. Every seat has semester goals, and the whole council presents its results to M2's founders every quarter.

The eight seats

Who should apply

Currently enrolled college students, 18 or older. We want every class year, students who live on campus and commuters, and riders and non-riders. If you think scooters on campus need work, we especially want to hear from you.

What the council doesn't do

The council advises M2. It doesn't set campus, city, county or transportation rules. Those belong to the university and local government, and M2 follows them. Council members don't speak for M2 to officials or the press, and they don't sign agreements or spend money on M2's behalf. Members sign a confidentiality agreement and only see combined rider trends, never an individual rider's information.

Questions

No. Non-riders bring a view we need.

About an hour-long meeting each month, plus the work on your seat. M2 caps the time so it fits around classes.

It's a leadership role with perks. M2's paid campus jobs are listed separately on Earn With M2.

Yes. Check your organization's rules on outside roles first, and tell us in your application.

Tell us in the form. The Expansion Lead seat exists to answer that question.

Your campus. Your seat.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The council is separate from M2's paid jobs; for those, see Earn With M2.
