Earn With M2

Charging, repairs, moving scooters back to hubs, campus outreach and content. This is the work that keeps a shared fleet running, and we want it to go to students and locals first.

We hire by program and location. Tell us you’re interested. Roles, pay and start dates are shared when a position is approved for your area. Students can also apply for the M2 Campus Council.

Opportunities outside campus are open to students and non-students who meet the role’s requirements. Choose the setting that fits you, and we’ll review the relevant eligibility with you.

Yes. Flexible field assignments are designed to fit around classes, another job, and everyday life. Choose available work that suits your schedule and decide how much you want to take on. Some specialist or coordination roles have agreed service windows, which are explained before you commit.

Set your own earning goals and choose available assignments that fit them. Take on more work when you have time, or scale back when life gets busy. You’ll know the payment terms before accepting an assignment; actual earnings depend on the work available, what you accept, and what you complete.

Requirements vary. Tell us about relevant skills, training, and transportation you can access. Some technical work may need specific qualifications or instruction; any equipment, tools, travel, and training expectations are discussed for the assignment.

The M2 team reviews your details against local program needs. If a role opens near you and there is a fit, we will contact you. Joining the list is not an offer of work. Pay, requirements and start dates are discussed before anything is agreed.
